Small Part Handling Systems
How can MCS help you build your ideal material handling strategies?
Each of our products are individually designed and fabricated for our clients.

Small Part Handling Systems
Small Part Handling Systems
Application: adaptable and versatile small part container with 2 customized wire inserts utilized for the protection of various clutch parts in supporting efficient in-process material flow.
Small Part Handling Systems
Application: returnable packaging and efficient storing of small, yet heavy (14 lbs) brake parts (26/container) from manufacturer to assembly plant.
Attributes: 43 x 30 x 20h”
  • 1 x 2” tube base frame and 2 x 2” tube corner posts w/ tube pockets on base for stacking cap entry
  • Custom wire forms fabricated to trap part on both sides and 1/2” rod welded at base to secure part in 2 locations at bottom
  • Painted
  • 82 lbs tare weight
  • Loads 195 empty containers and 55 full on standard 48’ van
  • Application: returnable packaging and efficient storing of re-manufactured transmissions to user with the return of another used transmission. Container full both ways.
    Attributes: 36 x 36 x 44h”
  • 1 x 1” tube base frame and corner posts, 2-way runner entry, tube pockets on base for stacking cap entry.
  • Inserts provide 2 different handling strategies. First, the large insert (pictured with base container on left) allow direct operator loading of multiple parts using a ”load and slide” system (180 parts/container).
  • Second, small basket inserts (pictured right) allow the operator to load prior to the actual loading and stacking onto the blue base container. The full baskets are easily handled by hand and can then be stacked and loaded onto blue base container (12 baskets and 84 parts/container).
  • Base container is painted and wire inserts are zinc plated.
  • 292 lbs tare weight
  • Loads 60 full containers on standard 48’ van
