Wire Fabrication

Specializing in wire fabrication for material handling products in the automotive and military industries, Modular Container Systems offers build-to-print and prototyping options. With a diverse range of manufacturing methods, including bending, trimming, cut-to-size, wire mesh fabrication, and threading, we work primarily with stainless and mild steel, as well as aluminum and pre-galvanized wire. We’re pleased to accommodate wire sizes between .125″ and .500″ in diameter for straightening and cutting, and feature several finishing methods, including hot-dip galvanizing and enamel painting. Our wire fabrication services are appropriate for a variety of material handling products, from bins and boxes to metal pallets, shipping racks, and material handling carts.
